Fergus Denhamer: Reading your sharing reminded me of studies done about communication. The relative importance of each part of how we communicate from what the listener took away. Words are 7%, tone is 38%, and body language/energy is 55%. For me I also think of tone as being energetic - so it’s all about the energy we share. Something you do effortlessly.
